Self-Care Group for Entrepreneurs

Entrepreneurs face a unique set of challenges on a daily basis. Juggling a new business or idea can be an isolating endeavor that few others can understand. This self-care group is for all of the ambitious self-starters who need a little (or lot of!) extra support. Our sessions will cover topics like time management, values, resilience, grief and more. Each session will be led from a lens of mental health support in order to compassionately hold the many layered experiences of an entrepreneur.
